Daniel Chacur de Miranda has 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, with a particular focus on complex disputes involving major corporations. He also has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

Daniel represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of corporate, insurance and contractual disputes, both in Brazil and internationally. His clients operate across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, reinsurance and energy.

He is the author of books and legal articles published in Brazilian and international legal journals.

Daniel is consistently recognized in international rankings by legal publications such as Chambers Global, Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500, Leaders League Brazil, and WWL.

Before founding his current firm, Daniel was a partner at Sergio Bermudes Advogados from 2007 to 2017 and at Tavares & Chacur de Miranda from 2017 to 2026.
