He also has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).<\/p>\n<p>Daniel represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of corporate, insurance and contractual disputes, both in Brazil and internationally. His clients operate across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, reinsurance and energy.<\/p>\n<p>He is the author of books and legal articles published in Brazilian and international legal journals.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel is consistently recognized in international rankings by legal publications such as Chambers Global, Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500, Leaders League Brazil, and WWL.<\/p>\n<p>Before founding his current firm, Daniel was a partner at Sergio Bermudes Advogados from 2007 to 2017 and at Tavares &amp; Chacur de Miranda from 2017 to
